Default Blackhole bullets

Anybody shooting these? 17 cal specifically? I think I'd like to have him build some 17 grainers for me. If so are you shooting flat or his cupped base?

His 17 grainers are hollow points but he would add the polymer tip. But I agree with you they look odd.

17rimfire, Can't comment about Blaine's 17 cal. bullets...but I've shot his 20 cal. 55 gr Diamond tipped rebated boat tail quite a bit. That bullet in my 20 BR shoots really well. It consistently shoots half MOA groups, and occasionally better than that at 500 yards. How's Bethel these days? I flew in and out of there in the late 70's through the early 80's in DC-3's. 410gauge

Bethel has probably changed a lot! I've been in 6 years with Alaska air and it's changed a lot now. Thanks for the info!

I have Blaine's 30gr. 17 cal. bullets and they shoot very good in my rifle. The 30's I have were built very close to the same specs. as Chan Nagels 30gr. I use the same load as I did for the Nagels and the grouping and POI were the same. I haven't tried them on Coyotes yet.
