Painting Rem 700 stock

Does anyone know what type of paint will stick to the black plastic type stock from a 700 Remington? I'm wanting to paint camo but everything I try peels off...THANKS for the help.

I have painted one plastic & one wood & they both came out great. I use Krylon Camouflage, You can get it at Wal-Mart
